Rainbow River Environmental Conerns - The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has jurisdictional authority over sovereign submerged lands in Florida, including the Rainbow River.

If you notice environmental concerns such as pollution, illegal dumping, harm to habitat, or water quality issues, please report them directly by email at DEP_CD@floridadep.gov. Providing clear details such as location, date, time,  and photos, if possible, will help the Department respond more effectively.

**In accordance with Florida Senate Bill 60, which became effective 07/01/2021, the City of Dunnellon can no longer investigate code enforcement complaints received anonymously. Complainants are now required to provide their name and address. If you believe your complaint poses an immediate health and safety concern, please contact the Code Enforcement Officer at 352-208-9021.
